STEPS OF COOKING

(1 bottle of sauce enough for 2-3 kg chickens). Cut the chicken into (4-8 Pcs) & put the chicken in a suitable bowl, then add half the amount of the sauce and mix it well with the chicken and cover the bowl with foil, then put it in the oven at 180° for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and put the bowl back in the oven without foil for 10-15 minutes.

خطوات الطبخ

(لكل علبة واحدة تكفي الى 2 – 3 كيلو من الدجاج). نقطع الدجاج إلى (4-8 قطع) و نضع الدجاجة في وعاء مناسب ونضيف الصوص ونخلطهم جيدا مع الدجاج ونغطي الوعاء بالقصدير. يوضع الوعاء بالفرن على درجة حرارة 180 ولمدة 35 دقيقة نتخلص من القصدير و من ثم نضع الوعاء مرة أخرى بالفرن من غير القصدير لمدة 10-15 دقيقة.
